Comfort, Dignity, and Support When It Matters Most
Our Hospice Care Program provides compassionate, holistic support for individuals with life-limiting illnesses and their families. When curative treatment is no longer an option, we focus on enhancing quality of life—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
What Is Hospice Care?
Hospice is specialized medical care for people expected to live six months or less due to a terminal illness. It shifts the focus from curing disease to managing symptoms, relieving pain, and supporting emotional well-being. Care is typically provided wherever the patient feels most comfortable—at home, in a nursing facility, or in a dedicated hospice setting.
Our Services Include
A Team That Cares
Our interdisciplinary team includes doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and trained volunteers—all working together to honor the patient’s wishes and provide personalized care. We listen, we support, and we walk alongside families during this deeply meaningful time.
Who Is Eligible?
Hospice care is appropriate for individuals with terminal conditions such as cancer, advanced heart or lung disease, Alzheimer’s, or other progressive illnesses. Eligibility is based on a physician’s prognosis of six months or less to live if the illness runs its natural course.
Choosing Hospice Is Choosing Compassion
Hospice does not hasten death, nor does it prolong life. It allows individuals to live their final months with dignity, comfort, and connection. If you’re considering hospice for yourself or a loved one, we’re here to guide you with care and clarity.
